Flex Collection Owners Association Annual Meeting Proxy website not found

We received a letter from the Flex Association about the annual meeting at the Desert Willows on November 4th. Since we cannot attend, I tried the proxy vote site: www.flexcovote.com to vote. I cannot find the site using this URL. Has anyone else tried this URL?

Yes, we received the letter and I was able to access the site. However, I think it took a couple of tries before it worked. Try it again and hopefully you will get through.

Thanks. I guess it was my browser's pop-up blocker. I finally got on and voted.

It turns out that the Flex annual meeting is the day after the Desert Willows annual meeting, so I will be at WDW and will try to attend. I don't know whether there's anything of substance that happens at the annual meeting other than routine approvals.

Do Flex owners actually have seats on that board, or is it all MVC people? I don't ever recall being asked to vote on board seats for Flex.
