I only saw this on the pre-login front page - nowhere after I logged in (great communication, Wyndham). 50% off at 35 resorts.

Hopefully some of us non- or lower VIPs can take advantage of it.

We were seeing this and notice that it's available at a resort we have booked. Do we just modify the reservation to get lower points? It would actually be a different unit type. Does that matter? If we paid or used a HK, does it retain that? Sorry for all the questions, CW is still too new to us.

Thanks for the heads up , didn’t have HK or points , found someone renting points 7/1000 getting a good deal on national harbor for cherry blossom season.

I checked availability at my spring break destination (plenty), canceled our existing reservation, and booked a new one at half points. (I may still cancel that one again and book a larger unit if my oldest wants to come, but I now realize he may have other commitments that may not let him.)

We ended up cancelling and rebooking. Now we have a pile of points but no HK credits. I suppose we could bank them or just use them for a long reservation and fork out the $185. It seems our plan to make several shorter stays this year isn't that great of a plan.

Edit: We forked out the $185 for a HK credit. Cancelling one night in Atlanta (Friday night) gave us enough points for eight nights in Myrtle Beach.
