Hi TUGGers!
Well it’s official we are no longer RTU members at Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gourda, FL
In today’s US mail we received the Termination of Lease signed by the manager of the resort.
I’m happy that this is over and don’t plan to purchase anymore timeshares or leases!
I hope the rest of you can work out your plans for RTU or terminate like we did.

Good for you. How did you make that happen?
 
We signed the termination of lease form that is on their website. The manager signed and returned it to us. Not our problem anymore.

We just received our check back and was terminated without signing anything.
