Fiesta Americana Los Cabos in December

I've noticed that reservation availability for Fiesta Americana resorts (External Exchange) end around mid-December and aren't shown as available at any point after that. Is HGVC breaking with Fiesta Americana or do they release inventory in batches or in periodic increments? Thank you.
 
I have seen this before so I suspect that the 2026 batch hasn’t been released yet. I also suspect that they have yearly agreement which must be reknewed..
