Fiesta Americana Cozumel - AI question

I'll be going there next year via my HGVC booking. However I'm sure the AI works the same (but maybe not).

They charge per day, yes? (not per night?)
So if one is staying 3 nights, it's 4 days charge?

On departure day, does that include breakfast/etc up until you check out?
I've only done AI once before and everything up until check out was included.

I believe that it will be only 3 charges. Check out day should be free
