Festiva Cabins at Green Mountains
I never received a letter from Festiva about them closing down however they did call me in February informing me that so many owners had not paid their maintenance fees that they were having to sell the place. When I asked them about the 2025 maintenance fee that I had already paid in they said that I would be getting money back when the Cabins were sold. They said I would not be able to exchange it through Interval. When I called them in June they told me that it still had not been sold. Don’t know what is going on. Has anyone else heard anything?
