I attended a presentation for the festiva Adventure Club in Portland Maine last Spring. For attending the presentation, I did not purchase, I was to receive reimbursement of airfareup to $500 as my gift for attending. The gift was offered through Lucien Services, DBA Horizons Rewards. The gift required that the airfare be purchased in advance through hotels.com. I compiled with all requirements and submitted my claim following the completion of the trip. It appears Horizons Rewards just stopped reimbursements. I contacted Festiva and after some time I was advised that they were equally frustrated with Horizons Rewards. They asked me to submitted a duplicate copy of my claim for reimbursement and they mailed me a Visa card for most of what I was due. I was told the Florida AG is involved and have agreed to assist the AG's efforts.

I wanted to share some positive news about Festiva. I am not an owner but was pleased that they stepped up when their contractor failed to perform. If you have had similar problems redeeming a presentation gift you may wish to contact Festiva Adventure Club.
