Fees for Saving 2025 Points to 2026

In my HGVC account I have two "buckets" of points. One is for HGVC points, and the other is for By Hilton Club Points. I have remaining points in each bucket and want to extend them. Can I extend both with one transaction and pay just one fee, or do I have to save them separately and pay twice?
 
One fee will save all 2025 points. At least it has for me in past years (didn’t have any to save this year).
