Anyone heard of this company??
If so, is it a reputable company? Not listed in BBB.

When I tried to go to their website Bitdefender told me I was going to a suspicious website. That tells me all I need to know.
 
If they called you, chances are they are not reputable.
 
How did you hear of this company? What did they promise you? What are you hoping to accomplish by using this company?
 
My guess is they are neither federal nor a law group. They are financial in the sense that you will be parted from your money.
 
I rec'd some mail from them yesterday to attend a ts seminar in our area. . Throw it into the trash can.

You do not want to use any of the "up-front fee, exit companies" - they have many different names but the ploy is the same. You pay them several thousand. They act like they will sell your timeshare, but they do not. They just take your money, and possibly add your listing to a website. They do not care at all if your listing sells, because you paid them up front.

(in another post, glcalahan states that he wishes to sell / dispose of a timeshare).

Can anyone give me a list of exactly what information I need to sell a TS. I am embarrassed to say how little know about TSing.

These companies are out there to make money from you. They believe timeshare owners are suckers. I get these companies on FB feed almost every day. I make a comment and then am blocked from making additional comments. My comments are to not fall for the lies, and so of course they block me and delete what I wrote.
 
glcalahan.... I paid several thousand dollars to this group over 3 years ago. They acted like my case was very important to them then, I haven't heard from them in months. They don't/won't return phone calls or answer emails. My opinion is they're a scam, and I got ripped off. The have done nothing to assist me, on the one occasion I spoke with a purported lawyer, he told me to pay off my timeshare then they should be able to assist. Under no circumstance should you use this company... once they have your money they will abandon you like they did to me. I think it's time I take an in person road trip to their offices, maybe then I can get answers concerning my case.

Have you thought about filing a Small Claims Court Complaint? In most States no attorneys are allowed in a Small Claim Court Action. If they are out of State apply to the Court to allow Service by Publication.
