Family transfer of names on recorded timeshare lease

My husband and I would appreciate any help you can offer on the steps that must be taken to remove our daughter from the timeshare lease (she no longer wishes to be a co-owner.) The complication is that the lease is recorded with the town in all 3 of our names but the timeshare office shows just my husband and myself as owners. Apparently the timeshare was not provided with the recorded lease once we added our daughter. So here are our questions:

1) Do we need to write up a new lease to record showing our daughter is no longer an owner?
2) If we do not record the change, and the timeshare company only still shows my husband and I as owners on record, will our daughter be responsible for future maintenance charges, etc once we both are gone?
3) If we want to write our own lease to delete our daughter from the record, can you explain how to do this?

Many thanks in advance!

When you say "lease", do you really mean deed? Most timeshares in the USA are deeded real estate interests. Actual ownership is based on the deed but the management company records should also match this. Some timeshares have limitations on the number of names they can put on the ownership, but if they ever have to foreclose, all owners on the deed would be named. You can have a new deed created conveying ownership from the three of you (you, spouse and daughter) just to the two of you (you and spouse). Can can possibly do this yourself or use the services of a company like LT Transfers.

Daughter can do a quitclaim. Much easier.

Not sure that one is easier or harder than the other. It is still just a single document. Though I can see why a quit claim would be suitable given the circumstances.
