Anyone stayed at Fairfield Williamsburg at Kingsgate this summer
How is the overall Furnishings and Interior condition of the units..

Was there Summer before last.

Thought it was great and there was no need to ask about funishing etc.

There is a speciial assessment in effect now.

Why are you asking.?

I was there in Jan 2005 and stayed in a 3BR lockout. Everything was in excellent condition.

It suppposes to be in remodel since 2005. And this year they are replacing all the furniture with 3 year SA. Then build some reservation funds. Have no idea what the progress is.

We stayed there this summer. The condition of the buildings on the outside was spotless along with all of the common ground areas...game rooms, pools, small restaurant, etc. However, the furnishings in the unit that we stayed in had seen better days. They were not aweful by any means but I enjoy pretty surroundings since we like to spend alittle family time in the unit on most vacations. The furnishings in our unit ranged from slightly worn to a bureau which had the entire left side knocked off and then pushed back together it seemed. They were not the furnishings used in the RCI photos. Maybe these were in a different unit. Sorry I can't remember the unit number. If I find it I will respond again. Most important though is that the unit was very clean and I would stay there again if there was not a better alternative.
