Exploria Summer Bay resorts

A friend of mine transferred their timeshare to me without providing full details on how it works. I had no idea that I cannot exit or cancel the contract. I don't travel anymore due to health reasons. It's paid in full but I don't want to pay maintainance fees as I won't use it anymore.

The timeshare provides 225 expos every two years and 1200 annual maintainance + expo fees. It is Biennial with E24.

The RCI network and resorts in club exploria are nice but I just don't have the time.

Has anyone able to sell their timeshare with redweek. I'm not interested in renting due to liabilities associated with it .

You should post it (with more details) in the giveaway forum here, and in the giveaway section of tug2.net. You might get some takers. Have you contacted the resort to see if they have a deedback program? Many resort systems have a deedback program for fully paid off timeshares.
