Hi,
our timeshare contract says our membership in Cancun Sunset club will FINALLY end Dec. 31, 2020. Is that really the end of it ? Do I have to send them a letter or a copy of the contract? All Maintennce fees are paid for 2020. I'd sure appreciate some info, like if anyone has had problems at the end of their agreement, or if it ran without a hitch.

If that is what your contract says, that should be it without anything for you to do. I'm guessing but I suspect they will come at you with some deal (costing you money) to renew or extend it. If they do, and you aren't interested, I'd just ignore them. If they bill you for 2021 MFs, same thing. Just ignore them...

Suggestion only let the contract end and you can still rent or purchase a resale timeshare., somewhere else.

Please whole on to your contract. That is your written documentation ending your contract.

Do not spend any money to reconnect with this resort. IMHO.
They are going to ask for some big dollars.

The contract was signed march 13, 1992.
