Experiences with Travelex Policy Regarding MVC and II Exchange Related Claims

I am starting this thread hoping that people will post about their experiences in filing claims with Travelex related to MVC and II MVC exchanges. I successfully filed a claim for a cancelled II Exchange trip, but this was prior to the implementation of the DC point program and MVC's purchase of Interval. People have expressed concerns regarding coverage of MVC to MVC II exchanges, and I know there are problems related to the ability to cancel DC points reservations 24 hr prior to check in. Please post about your recent experiences.
