I am looking in tug classifieds and have found a sale I map be interested in. It is under Vacation Trade World S.A. de C.V and the other name is Value Traders. Anyone ever used or heard of them.
 
Yes,

We went through them to buy a resale at Royal Haciendas. They communicated well and kept up with the transaction. They did not misrepresent anything and the sale went well. I would buy through them again.
 
Hi. I just bought with, Vacation Trade World, 2 months ago the resale at Fairmont Vacation Villas at Mountainside, Fairmont Hot Springs, BC.
This company is based out of Playa del Carmen. I was very hesitant to buy there. I talked to people, here, on TUG & they gave me the A-okay on this company. Because this company advertised with TUG, I figured TUG must have okayed this company,too. Since I am Canadian, Vacation Trade World or Valuetraded.com, initially had us closing with a company that ended up not being able to do our closing. We were then told that they had another company closing for us that dealt with Canadians. I just got a call this morning, from the closing company & they are sending us our doc's today & we will sign our certificate of leasehold. We will have our t/s for use in a couple of weeks. I can hardly wait to get it deposited with II & see where we can go with it.
