You need to transfer ownership to someone else. Which means perhaps deeding it back to Wyndham or selling it or giving it away or letting Wyndham foreclose upon you.

I would first try contacting Wyndham about possibly deeding it back and hearing what they have to say. If you've already paid it off, you can try to sell it or give it away using websites like Redweek or here on TUG or ebay.

Just DO NOT use an exit company as they all appear to be scammers that will take your money and do nothing for you.
