Howdy all! I'm new to Worldmark ownership and confused about some info on the website ( I know, welcome to the club, right?) about Estes Park units. The studio photos show that it actually has a small separate bedroom and the kitchen picture shows a counter cooktop. The 1Bed and 1Bed Deluxe have no images available so can't compare and wonder if they posted the 1Bed photos on the studio unit by mistake. Has anyone stayed in these size units (studio in particular) who can end my confusion? Appreciate all the help I can get.

"Nice resort but don't get a studio"

WorldMark purchased an existing resort, then built a number of new buildings. The studio and 1 BR units are in the original buildings; the 1 BR Deluxe and larger units are in the newer phase. For this reason, I always book at least a 1 BR Deluxe -- roomy, riverside unit with a full kitchen. The little bit extra credits required are worth it to me. Sometimes I will book a 2 BR Queen, if the 1 BR Deluxe is not available. The 2 BR Queen units are either riverside or upstairs units with no elephants above.

Thanks! Are there one bedroom deluxe units that are on the upstairs? The elephant walk above me is a pet peeve anywhere I stay. Do those units have a washer and dryer in them?

Are the original buildings single story? I travel solo so I don't mind a smaller space but would hope that it's not right on the road.

The 1 BR Deluxe A unit is a downstairs unit; the 1 BR Deluxe B is a single story (definitely) with one adjacent unit (I think -- never stayed in it). Free community laundry -- 4 machines. The 2 BR and larger units have in-unit w/d. There is no road noise in the original buildings. I stayed in a 2 BR Queen in the SW corner of the resort next to the (not busy) road and was not bothered by the passing vehicles.

The studio and 1 BR units are in the two-story building on the right in the picture.

There are only 2 one bedroom deluxe units at Estes Park. They (at least were) indicated as A and B. A is in the original structures on the lower level. B is in the newer buildings. I have stayed in A. It's large and situated on the river but not fancy by any means.
