Enterprise Car Rental/Carlsbad-anyone used them?

We have no choice but to rent an Enterprise car due to a cruise out of San Pedro, about 60-70 miles away where we have to leave the car. Visits to their office leaves a lot to the imagination -- there is no organization and their customer handling is zero! :wall:

Has anyone used Enterprise at or nearby Carlsbad, CA - I would love to hear your comments on them.
 
I used the locatin in car country when I needed a replacement car thru my insurance due to an accident. They were actually pretty good. I've also used the location in encinitas on El Camino
 
Enterprise

We always use Enterprise becasue my husband works for an Insurance company that does lots of business with them. We used them in San Diego when we visited Carlsbad - with no problem. We have always had fine service from them. The only minor inconvenience is that they are never located right at the airport - but off site.
