Diamond Resorts has nothing from what I can figure out. Their claim to this resort comes from linkages forged by Sunterra when they managed Vacation Internationale (then known as Sunterra Pacific). DRI inventory comes from VI.

I can add a little clarification. WWVC owns around 12 units in 3 or 4 of the buildings on the upper level or the buildings farthest from Yaquina Bay. These are managed thru TPI and serviced on site by the VI staff. All of the WWVC units were just remodeled, are very nice and are possibly the nicest of the timeshares at this location. I don't know the percentage, but, many if not most, of the units @ The Embarcadero are privately owned. The privately owned units are easy to spot as the owners have made individual changes and sometimes put their name near the front door. There is another condo project next door (something about The Landing ?) that is owned by individual owners 100%. But, they also have an on site rental office.
