I don’t own Worldmark or Wyndham but that seems unusual.

This is unusual. Wyndham handles all the sales for WM and they are well known for lies and high pressure. This example goes beyond that. Typically, any complaints are ignored because sales is really in charge, but this example must have been more than somebody at Wyndham could stomach.
