Every Year through RCI we book presidents day weekend at Elara in Las Vegas. And every year I have to book 7 days from Friday to Friday, even though I'd much rather book Thursday thru Tuesday.
Is there any other way to do this, or do I just need to keep booking Friday thru Friday and come a day later than I'd like and lose a few days on the end?

Are you booking in RCI Weeks or RCI Points? If it is Weeks, then there isn't a way to get Thursday to Tuesday.

If you book via HGVC you can do what you want if there is availability. But RCI as @Janann mentioned is another story. What are you booking it with? RCI points, sure if there is point inventory, but with RCI Weeks they are always 7 day stays. I do not track Elara in RCI unless I am planning a group trip there.
