Ebay timeshare purchase - Can I cancel before signing the purchase agreement?

Hello, I won a bid on ebay last night to buy an HICV resale, but I am having second toughts now, the selling company sent me the purchase agreement today so I can sign it and return it to them with the payment information. Am I on time to walk away from the deal now before I sign and return the purchase agreement and payment information? I have only sent them me and my wife name, address, email, phone number and copies of our IDs, I have not pay or signed anything yet.

Ebay timeshare purchases are not binding. Send the seller a message saying you have decided not to go forward with the purchase. Ask them to destroy the information you sent them. Tell them you are doing the same with the information they sent you. They may threaten you with negative feedback and such, but legally they can't do anything.
