eBay Seller tmpsfl/Trademark Property Solutions

Has anyone purchased from eBay seller tmpsfl or used the escrow company Trademark Property Solutions? I am looking for feedback as am considering a purchase.

Usually I only use top rated eBay sellers but this seller does have a 100% feedback just not a lot of transactions.

tmpsfl does not show up as a seller

on ebay, it would be helpful if you listed a link to the auction(s) in question, Greg

I just did, and they were great. I worked with Susan. She got me a contact sheet and provided an outline of the agreed terms. Then she got the estoppel to me the next day, followed by a fully executed contract the day after. About a week later I had everything set and recorded with SVO!
