ebay, I think I got ripped off

Maybe I should wait a day or so, but I have sent 3 emails to the seller with no response. I bought a DVD for our granddaughter and it was Fed exed to the wrong address and then returned to the seller. It was roughly 20.00 so it is no big deal but it is the principal of the thing.
This seller is new, less than a month on ebay and already has 2 negative feedbacks for items not received. Mine will be no. 3. You might wonder why I bought....well, for one thing. The other folks who bought what I bought got their item so I figured it was safe.
I contacted ebay and all I get is a recording with options. They should cancel this seller immediately before she rips off more people. I paid with Paypal so I think my money will be refunded, but still has me pretty upset. Do I hope to get my item or do I re-purchase it from elsewhere.
Well, maybe I've learned my lesson. Always pay attention to feedback. Let's hope they cancel her membership. Of course, she might just re-register under a new name.

If you use PayPal ALWAYS use your credit card (not debit, not bank account) to pay as an additional line of defense. PayPal's guarantee is worthless most of the time. Your credit card company is your ace in the hole.
