Early Bird Restaurants in Orlando?

Hello,

At the last minute we decided to drive to Orlando and we managed to exchange our t/s to Parkway Internatl Resort. If anyone has stayed there, please let us know any opinions you may have. We did call ahead and request a first floor unit.
But, we are looking for suggestions on restaurants that offer Early Bird Specials as we like to eat early. Does anyone have any favorites they can recommend?
We are leaving this Friday Feb 29.

There is always Chilli's and now Shells just announce an early bird. We like the Chilli's deal--not tried Shell's yet.
 
International House of Pancakes is usually open. We have a portatable Navigation system we purchased from Walmart for $179 and it not only tells you the restaurants in the area, but also tells you the phone number. We use it to call ahead to see if the place is opened, crowed or has specials.
 
have you gone on restaurants.com they have great restaurants in the area and for a few bucks you can get a $25 gift certificate.
