DVC (Disney Vacation Club) Interval International Availability

Hello everyone, just joined the forum and finding a lot of great info! Hoping the group can help me as I am seriously considering purchasing a timeshare resale with II exchange access. My primary goal is to be able to exchange to DVC (although I would also look at other exchanges, or using the timeshare occasionally). I have had great success exchanging for DVC over the last several years to DVC through RCI. Now that DVC has switched I am curious what inventory has become available? Can anyone with II access confirm if there is currently DVC weeks posted right now (likely Saratoga Springs)? Or if they have been showing up as available every so often and then getting booked?

Incidentally in the short-term the DVC switch has been great for RCI exchange, we have three weeks booked for this year (1 Saratoga Springs, 1 Old Key West, and 1 Boardwalk). I about fell out of my chair when I actually got Boardwalk . Seems like a lot of DVC owners are looking to use up RCI points.

Only Saratoga Springs 1BR weeks have been since in II so far.

If you join TUG there is a sightings forum you will have access to, where people post what they see available at various times in the exchanges.

I have a hold on an early August 1BR Boardwalk unit (RCI points). I'm only used to seeing Saratoga Springs and Old Key West. Checking to see if any of our family is interested in it and if not I will release it tomorrow. We just returned from Bonnet Creek on Monday and aren't planning on visiting the Mouse again until January.

You do need to join TUG to see the sightings.

I would not buy anything specifically to trade into Disney, but all of my weeks are working for Disney in II, so that's easy for me to say because I already had weeks from years ago that worked back then and continue to work.

In the same boat as OP. Looking to purchase something that exchanges into II. We have greatly enjoyed being able to trade our Wyndham points into RCI for DVC. What timeshare companies trade into Interval? What is the cheapest resale option to purchase so we can get a week at a DVC 1 br through Interval?

Right now, it doesn't seem to take much to pull a DVC week in II. Plenty of weeks have been sitting there, up for grabs, for many weeks now. If you want to see more information on what is available and what people have been able to get, check out the sightings forum. It will require you to become a paid TUG Member though.
