It seems that it applies to all timeshares in Florida, not just DVC. I know of some situations where guests have been trespassed from WDW property with the exception of their home DVC resort. I doubt this changes that but it seems to allow the property to remove you, at least for the duration of the stay.

There was an incident about 2 years ago where someone was extremely abusive of a cast member in a restaurant. I think he even got physical with her (made the news at the time), and Disney did not ban him from the hotel because he was an owner there. This law sounds like a good one to me.

Here is someone staying at a Disney Resort who was arrested and trespassed from all Disney properties, including the parks. Not sure if they were an owner or staying by paying cash but should that really even matter?
