TUG started 31 years ago in October 1993 as a group of regular Timeshare owners just like you!
TUG has now saved timeshare owners more than $23,000,000 dollars just by finding us in time to rescind a new Timeshare purchase! A truly incredible milestone!

I heard that the owners here have received the timeshare (property?) taxes for 2020. I have not. How do I find out this info? I am the new owner at DSV II and I do not want to miss the tax payment.
I suppose you could call the county office (Riverside County Tax Assessor)? I received mine quite some time ago. I don't have the number handy. Hope you enjoy DSV2, one of our favorite resorts in the system. We've gone there every year since around 2000.
The Riverside Treasurer is at 951-955-3900.
50% of the assessment was due 12/10/19 and 50% on 4/10/20.
The penalty is 10% for late payment, but at least for me DSI, the half tax bill was $48.90, so even with the penalty, it shouldn't break the bank, hopefully.
THANK YOU!!
And Steve: I am sorry that I should update my profile before, we moved to L. A. now. But of course, we are PLANO people, we lived there for 30 years before we moved to L.A -- Because the grown children! We are Neighbors!!!
If you have a copy of the deed, see if it has the APN for your property. It has 10 digits with a hyphen before the last one (e.g. APN: 012345678-9). Mine was towards the top of the deed.
On the Riverside County Treasurer's website above -
Click on Pay Online under Review/Pay Property Taxes/E-Billing
Click on Account Search/Make A Payment on the page that opens -
In the PIN field, enter the first 9 digits of your APN (dropping the last digit after the hyphen). Scroll down and click on the search button.
Click on View Account to see details of your tax bill and make a payment.
THANK YOU!!
