Hello - Yes, I've been MIA. We were out of state, both my husband and I got sick (not COVID, thank goodness!) and my phone died! We're back home in CA now, I got my phone fixed, and we are feeling better.

Glad to hear everything is fine!! Welcome back!!🤙🏻

There definitely is some nasty cold going around. We had it last month. Some friends flew to Chicago for a Mariners game and ended up sick. When they got home they did test positive for some type of Covid.

Welcome back, glad to hear you're both doing better.

I generally wouldn't notice someone missing unless it were several months. When it comes to that, we aren't usually looking to pay ransom it is when we start looking at obituaries (sorry).

We caught colds on our trip back from Hawaii. We think we know the family it came from as there was a group in front of us in line to get on our flight that was coughing and sniffling. We don't know if it was covid because when I pulled out the old test kits that we had packed, all the liquid in the small vials was dried up. Most stores now charge $20 for two test kits. Even my doctor that I visited today for a routine checkup mentioned the costs for at-home test kits and balked at it as she too had got sick a few weeks ago. It also doesn't look like you can get freebie ones through the USPS anymore.
