There is a code to put into your bonvoy account but I think it’s just one MVC/Vistana properties not the regular hotels

I only know vistana code. Marriott might be MVC lol.

You meant discount for Sheraton or Westin owners for discounts at many (not all) bonvoy hotels or even vacation club rentals at Marriott.com or in bonvoy app. It has come in handy some of the time actually. We‘ve used it a couple of times.

We rarely if ever pay cash for a hotel stay, certainly not at a Marriott property. I don't think I have ever used any of these new codes. Did use the old MOD code a few times many years ago.

Basically, it was my understanding that the code 14974 was a Vacation Club Discount for any Sheraton, Westin or Marriott Vacation Clubs by any owners of these respective timeshares.

Bonvoy is a points program,not the name of any hotels.

The MVC Owner discount codes over the years - MOD, Y85, Y83, P34, P33, 2VC, 6VC, 7VC did initially offer discounts for hotels as well MVC resorts.
Latterly, this benefit disappeared, although randomly I found a few hotels which must have slipped through the net and where the discounts still worked, but not recently.
