I am just about to complete a purchase through these folks. I have researched them and they appear legit. They have provided all the necessary documents incuding estopel certificate. Does anyone have any comments on this organization

Thanks to those who replied. I am now closing the deal. This is my first purchase of a resale timeshare unit. I have been a TUG member for two years but have spent the last two understanding the market. My wife and I have rented in the last couple of years to get a better feel. I would like to thank those who responded to my questions over the last couple of years (some probably seemed stupid). Without your feedback I would have never have proceeded. Cheers!

I also am in the midst of a purchase transaction with Donate For A Cause. When I called Kyle Williams regarding a discrepancy between the Ebay ad for the auction I won and the contract he sent to me, he quickly agreed to correct the matter in my favor. The closing agent has also quickly responded to my mailings. I expect this all to go quite smoothly. They did not ask me to write this posting, but I have been impressed by their responsiveness.
