My DD, who will avoid at Dr office whenever she can told me "it burns when I pee" Assuming she had a UTI I told her we needed to see the doc for medicine. Typical for her, she refused fearing a shot. So, I brought her into my office, did a google search and told her to read. See just pills you need to take to clear it up.

She promptly informed me that her 5th grade teacher told her whatever fact she is trying to obtain thru the internet should be verifed by no less than 3 independant sources, one of which cannot be wikipedia.

A good rule to live by, so many internet facts are just one persons opinon and get spread as gospel.
