Does it matter which Bluegreen resort points are deeded to?

I'm looking at buying Bluegreen Vacation points but wasn't sure if it mattered which particular resort the points were deeded to. We will mostly use the resorts on Tablerock Lake, specifically the Cliffs at Long Creek and didn't know if there were any benefits to buying points deeded to that resort.

If you are buying resale, you are only eligible get bonus time (cash stays) at the resort(s) on your deed. You also get priority booking at the exact day(s) or full week listed on your deed. Some locations (along with week and unit type) have a better resale value but buying resale would also have a higher asking price.

If you like the cliffs, but at the cliffs. Try to get a resale pkg with priority time that you might want to use. As the other responder mentioned, you’ll get bonus time only where you are contracted. So, that may be a factor. If you just want points, they spend just as well as retail points
