Does bear creek lodge at telluride charge $30 resort fee and $30 parking fee per day when exchange with II?

I have the on-going search and matched today. but was told I will be charged $30/day parking fee by the resort. I google searched its fee and was told there will be a $30/day resort fee, are those info correct?
Is it possible to find a free parking space nearby the resort?

Bear creek lodge is in mountain village. There may be free parking at a lot by the grocery market. Parking is a premium in both mountain village and telluride unless you have access to a resident sticker. Street parking in the town of telluride is metered and mountain village parking is usually underground at the various resorts. They are small walking communities.

Wanted to provide you options for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no overnight free parking in either Mountain Village or Telluride. We usually rent a condo in Telluride that comes with both garage parking and a street parking pass.
