Does anyone know which MVCD resorts have 13 month points surcharge …

…and which don’t? Would be great if this was posted somewhere. Would also be nice (though I know unlikely) if Marriott was upfront about this and let you know when you were being charged more for the privilege of reserving 13 months out when most thought it was a privilege given due to Status level. We are looking for more info on the surcharge in general, we were not aware that this might be happening until recently ( hope we got it wrong?) .

It's a 20% points premium at ALL properties if your level is 'Owner' and you are booking more than 12 months out. At 'Select ' or higher levels there is no premium.
