I used to have a woman I asked for who helped me set up trades and knew how to do everything correctly. Regretfully she retired sometime during Covid and I’m looking for somebody to replace her.

Vistana desk reps are good if you have a Vistana resort you can immediately ask to get transferred to Vistana desk.

On Interval in the general discussions section of "Community" there are video tutorials. Some of the subjects that may help you are on the order of
- Booking a Getaway
- Exchanging your week
- Setting up an on-going request
- Depositing your week

Those aren't the exact titles, but if you search through their list, you'll find really helpful tutorials.

With a little practice, you'll do fine and find that you really don't need an ii rep's help.

These days, it is hard to find good customer service reps in any industry. There is just so much turnover in those positions and I'm not sure they ever get training. I second the idea of watching the videos and learning how to set up your own exchange requests/trades. It isn't hard, and you can always come back here with questions.
