do non svo resorts get the II starwood preference

Toying with the idea of picking up a cheap Cave Creek or Beach Club week primarily for trading.....do these resorts trade well? Do they get the starwood preference period in II?

Yes, Cave Creek will have the preference - and do you mean Vistana Beach Club - it would also.
I do not know how they trade into non-Starwood resorts as I don't own there.

But you can also buy a resale at any of the Starwood resorts and have the same preference ......

Cave Creek and PGA are the BEST deals out there. Great trading power and Starwood II prefence with low MFs and very low cost in relation to all the other resorts! Katherine
