Hi all,

I'm still waiting and hoping to pull of a last minute exchange into Kauai in early May. As I continue to wait...and obsess over planning...I manage to come up with more and more things to ask about. :)

Which brings me to my question of the day: Do any RCI timeshares in Princeville have bikes available for use? I know lots of timeshares do this, but I haven't heard anything about this kind of thing in Kauai thus far.

Thanks again for everyone's wonderful information and feedback. How did we ever vacation before TUG??;)

I have stayed at Makai Club Cottages and two Pahio resorts. To my knowledge, these resorts did not have bikes available. As a matter of fact, I did not see people riding bikes there, like you see at Hilton Head and other locations.

From the web: Kauai Cycle Kapaa, 934 Kuhio HW 808-821-2115

There is a several mile bike/hiking trail along the ocean through Kapaa. Always thought it would be nice to bike and see whales at the same time.:D I'd pack a picnic lunch--there are several beautiful spots to have lunch.

We head for Alii Kai in Dec--a long 8 months away.

(But Maui is 8 days away)

Aloha, Sterling
