I would not use anyone but Seth. He knows what price to present to Disney to pass their ROFR.

We just used The Timeshare Store to sell a small points package. They were terrific. We were very pleased.

Timeshare Store gets my vote too. We sold a contract through them and if we were ever to buy another, that's who I would use. They really know the product and can advise on contract size and use year.

Definitely look at Disboards!
Being a DVC member myself, I would highly recommend looking at www.Disboards.com and browse through their forums. The DVC forum is sponsored by The Timeshare Store. You can also get some info about important aspects of buying DVC such as:
1) Use Year
2) Buying resale vs. Buying from DVC
3) Use of the points
4) ROFR
5) Banking and Borrowing
You don't want to buy any points until you have figured out your personal vacation needs for Disney in the future. You can also look at their forum to see if you should rent a vacation period from a DVC member and see if you will like it. The people on the forum are definitely big fans of DVC, so it may be worth trying it before buying it.
