Disney app won't let me buy the $89 3 day ticket special, is it because I have an II exchange to Saratoga Springs

So, I have a strange situation. I have an II (Interval) exchange to Saratoga Springs in June. I already called Disney and had reservation linked to my Disney account.
I've been waiting for a ticket special and I now see the $89 3 Park ticket special. However, when I try to purchase tickets through the app, it only shows me the regular ticket prices of $150+/day. If I do it online, it's the same. Only if I go through a different browser and DON'T log into my Disney account is the $89 ticket special available.

What the heck? Has anyone ever had this happen before? Is there a workaround? I'm scared to buy the $89 ticket without logging in, because I fear Disney will not let me then link the tickets to my Saratoga Springs reservation.
Disney is so strange and complicated, but they are very good at making people spend lots of money, so I doubt my situation is accidental for them.
 
It's probably just typical Disney IT.

Or just get it through Undercover Tourist. I had the exact same problem trying to capitalize on the kids 50% off ticket sale going through the Disney app and site.
