We have another yr of our membership. We bought 400,000 pt a for $4000.

Now they were trying to sell us 200,000 it's for $22000. Monthly fee $160. As silver.

What do we need to know? What are we missing knowledge on?

Why pay big bucks for something you can get for cheap or free? You can have lots of vacations with all those savings.

$110/K-pts is the best retail price I’ve seen… but even the best deeds go for less than $25/k resale including closing costs. Sometimes even free for CWA.

The only reason to pay developer price is for VIP status, but I suspect any Silver status is going to go *poof* when discovery ends since silver is for 500K+ point owners. Then they will then try to sell you another deed.

You will need at least 300,000 to keep VIP(bronze) status, but I don’t think bronze is worth $30k+.
