When I logged in today I receive the attached error. When I went into my points balance, 2027 show 2000 points and it should be 11500, 46 beneficial interests. I have no reservations using 2027 points at this time. I called and the cust. service rep and after 35 minutes on hold I was told that they needed to submit a "tech issue form" and it would take 3-5 business days to research the issue. When I indicated that is not be acceptable, I was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor was of no help. Has anyone run into this before?
