This is a Dim Sum video but it's pretty funny when he is eating the Chicken Feet.

It’s not called chicken feet… anymore
They call it “ fueng giao”, or translated as Phoenix Claw.

Doesn't that sound more desirable?

There used to be a very good Dim Sum restaurant in the Ala Moana Center. Not sure if it’s still there. Living in the SF Bay Area we are spoiled by many good Chinese restaurants but we always liked that one in the shopping center.

We have eaten at Jade Dynasty there and they had really good Dim Sum.

Good Dim Sum can be found at Mei Sum and Ginger & Garlic (located where Mei Sum originally was). Also like Tai Pan and Legend in Chinese Cultural Plaza but pricing is more expensive than the former 2.

The video above is a review of Ginger & Garlic. He said it's his favorite on Oahu.
