I was personally hoping for timeshares to hit an all-time high in value after they end the VRBO/ Airbnb. I understand why this audit couldn't get anywhere. It's a lot. Take a look at the vast number of listings.

And for the property taxes to decrease, and no tax revenue coming in, it seems that Maui would be cutting off its nose to spite its face.
