I'm a long time deeded owner at Royal Palm in St. Marten. Over the years the method to exchange internally has changed. Following the re-opening and the ownership of HGV the method has involved DEX. There is rarely inventory for February and March online, but I have been relatively successful the last few years requesting inventory release. Recently a reservation agent indicated that inventory was released in November or December. Normally the standard explanation is that inventory is based on deposits, and that makes sense. However my experience is that there are more factors at play.
I was curious if anyone knew of anything that details the DEX inventory release dates for exchanges and extras.
