Desert Springs Villas ONE Amenity/Recreation Agreement with the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort

Has any DSV One owner received any communication from the DSV One HOA Board, about what was done with the JW Marriott/DSV One Amenity/Recreation Agreement, which expired on December 31, 2024?

I’m trying to remember if we received any information about the results of the survey that DSV One owners received, about their desire to maintain the agreement, and I don’t remember receiving any such communication. I do remember being told that the vast majority of DSV One owners had voted in favor of maintaining the amenity/recreation agreement with the JW. That did not surprise me.

I recall someone posting meeting minutes from a past board meeting where the hotel GM pitched the new agreement. Unfortunately no details were provided. Just that there was a presentation about the amenity agreement. Did the 2025 budget include a line item for the amenity agreement?

Yes, the Amenity Agreement is in the 2025 Budget, in a dedicated line item. $87.36 per week/year.
