Hi can someone tell how long does it take Marriott to update their deed tranfers, from one name to another.
thanks

It depends on the type of deed and how complete your documentation is. If you are just starting out on this process, call the Ownership Transfer Group and they'll walk you through the process and will be able to let you know approx how long it will take. Here is a PDF that a Chairman's Club account rep sent to us when we tried to change the names on our deed to a Revocable Trust. See attached. Hope this helps.

You really don't need to worry about the form if you are using a closing company. They will take care of everything for you. THe form says 15-30 business days just for Marriott to complete the transfer in their system after they are notified that the deed is recorded.
