I don't know of any company that offers rewards on a debit card. Is there a specific reason you are looking for DEBIT card instead of a CREDIT card? Are you worried about running up CC charges, are you afraid you might forget a payment, or don't you qualify for a credit card?

Chase Continental Rewards

Chase has the Continental Rewards Debit card. I just dropped it because I was not really using it enough to offset the $25 annual fee.

If you live in a town/city with a National City branch, you can apply for a checking account and sign up for Points from National City. We have an account and have had Points since inception; we have redeemed points for over $350 in Marriott cheques. You get points on all purchases (signature based) with the check card (2/$) as well as bonus points for online bill payment (25 points per transaction). There are other bonus points if you use other National City products. There really isn't any every day banking points product that is comparable.
It is administered through the Visa Extras program; they have several travel rewards, though nothing that converts in to any of the hotel rewards points programs.

Wachovia/Wells Fargo has a good one . I've earned enough points for lots of gift cards but I want airline tix. I think it's like 200 $ off a ticket. I forgot I had it until just now. shaggy
