just wondering if I received a good deal or not. I have 7 days to back out so here I go:

29K Trump International Vegas
8160 point per year
20K Bonus points
1370 MF
Gold Season 1br
HGVMax

I think that is a very nuanced conversation to be had by some experienced people who had a specific deed they wanted and a detailed plan for how to use it, but for anyone new (me included) there is no good deal in the retail sales.
Rescind. I believe you can find almost the exact same deed for a few thousand dollars. Granted you won't get the bonus points but it's not worth the extra money for those.
Rescind as soon as possible and start resale shopping for the perfect timeshare for you.

Sometimes there is but yours isn't one of them. You could get Gold season for $1500 (w/o negotiating) at Thrump Towers. So you tell me if you think that you are getting a good deal.

Now, on resale you won't get HgvMax (able to book former lesser quality DRI properties at 6-month).

Resale pointed out by @GT75 - $1,500 cost + $27,400 MF X 20 years = $28,900 or $1,445/year X 20 years

Put another way, buying resale results in savings that would pay your maintenance fees for the next 20 years!

Thanks…We did the math and saw that we would be paying double in 20 years so we were thinking of just paying it off with just 29K. However, we still didn’t feel as if it was a good or good enough deal.

Actually we would have been paying double after 10 years
 
No deal. If I were to spend $29k I certainly wouldn't buy Trump. This is not an in-demand property, plenty of availability on short notice. If you cannot use the week, you cannot even rent out your deeded week for more than MF. For that kind of money I would look for an in-demand, high season Hawaii week (e.g. Lagoon), Ski week, South FL week, or Hilton Head Island. Of course they won't offer these for $29k at retail, but this is why you buy the same deed resale. Alternatively buy a Vegas platinum 11,200 pt trader (Blvd, Paradise, Elara) or Craig in Scotland for low MF/pt.
