DC point rental restrictions ?

I understand you are not allowed to rent any points you might have in a "hold" account. Can you rent points that were banked from a previous year or borrowed from a future year?

No, once points are banked or borrowed, they can't be transferred (nor can they be returned to their original use year).

Fundamentally, they can only be touched once....

You can however make a reservation with them and rent the reservation. You can technically put the points up for rent and disclose that they are holding account or PlusPoint points and that a reservation is necessary and the points themselves can't be transferred.
 
Good information. I wish I had the grasp of the system of many contributors here. I am sure I did not get the most bang for my buck for many years.
